I came for the prebooked prepaid session and had to wait and tell several people several times that I had an appointment. A stylist I had an appointment with took a walk in while I was there waiting. The place was very busy, overcrowded, noisy and hot. There were two dogs in there. It felt very chaotic and disorganised and the manicure lasted less than twenty minutes (instead of 40 as was advertised). It felt rushed and not at all a relaxing pampering experience I hoped for.
