I had a really disappointing experience here when I usually come here regularly. Unfortunately my nail technician was rude and inconsiderate with my nails / treatment. I won’t be returning here after this experience and also was not awarded with a full refund which is disappointing.

I booked mani pedi for £65. Had to pay an extra £15 there as my nails were BIAB and pedicure needed polish removal. Manicure was done very well and precisely. Pedicure was done in 5 minutes and was terrible - no cuticle removal and sloppy polish!
