The lady who did my nails didn't take any time to explain the process depsite me mentioning I hadn't had BIAB before and extensions only once. She was disengaged, and at times quite rude. I felt dissappointed in the experience, instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling tense and disheartened. A real shame.
