Very friendly & polite. I have had my lashes with this person prior & the lashes all fell off within a week & half have fallen off within a week this time.She stated that they had had a problem with the glue but had a new glue which would hopefully work better.She said also the glue may not set as too high a temperature in the room due to no windows or air conditioning & it was hot.Winter maybe better.
