I felt the service was a bit rushed but what made this my last visit is that, while I was waiting for my nail polish to dry, I noticed that the therapist used my cuticle nipper to fix one of her colleagues' cuticles and put it back into her tools holder. Tools should be sterilized between clients to avoid contamination. This is a massive no-no to me.

Too quick!
Should have been and hour and 50 mins for a luxury Mani and Pedi, but I was whizzed through in 45 minutes!
Everyone around me seemed to be given longer, careful and in-depth treatment for the same as I had booked.

I requested the french tips on top of my acrylic nails. I'm not happy with the results, my nails are now very thick and bumpy and the french is different from one nail to another one.
It was my first time and I won't come back.
