Salon very busy so both treatments were rushed. Never seen anyone file a nail that quickly! Wax was too hot as she had whacked the temperature up to melt it down as it was the start of the day. I told her and was told I was too sensitive

Luxury pedicure in 15 minutes even advertised as 40 minute treatment - felt very rushed - wouldn’t return. Raised my concerns and was met with irrelevant explanation. Wouldn’t return.
