I had biab extensions that I was assured would last three weeks. In 2 days they started coming away from the nail and after 4 days all of them had come off. I got my nails done before going on holiday to a remote location, so I was left to deal with the situation myself which was horrendous and has caused a lot of damage to my nails. Not to mention that during the treatment, it really burned and they didn't seem to care.
I asked for a refund within a week. Still nothing. Very unimpressed.
