KP was great. She took the time to explain to me the shape of my eyebrows and what she was planning on doing to make them match and look good.
The hollywood was done fast and reactively painlessly.
KP was professional and friendly, with great attention to detail, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
The salon itself always has friendly staff and is welcoming. It can be intimidating trying a new place, but I didn’t find that here and that is why I came back.

The experience of getting the manicure was good and it was done very quickly, however, I got one layer of biab and then had to pay £10 extra from chrome even though I didn’t have a colour and the nails have started breaking after 1.5 weeks which is very disappointing.
