I felt the service was a bit rushed but what made this my last visit is that, while I was waiting for my nail polish to dry, I noticed that the therapist used my cuticle nipper to fix one of her colleagues' cuticles and put it back into her tools holder. Tools should be sterilized between clients to avoid contamination. This is a massive no-no to me.
