I was directed towards the nail technician but the receptionist neglected to let the technician know what I was getting done. She did a manicure and gel overlay but I wasn’t aware the manicure wasn’t part of the gel overlay treatment. The technician and receptionist conversed with one another and realised the technician was not supposed to do the manicure. It was awkward for me and the technician rushed the job and nails didn’t come out well. Not impressed with the service at all
