I was asked if I would like my cuticles cut during my treatment which I thought would be standard anyway but they wanted to charge me £5 for a tiny cuticle cut. Apparently a tiny cuticle cut is classed as a manicure… safe to say I did not pay for it.

Good value for money. But of a chaotic salon so probably not the place if you're looking for a pamper but great for what I wanted and very happy with the results.
