Overpaid and extremely upset and disappointed. I paid £48 to get acrylic nails + a design (all 1 colour). They insisted I could only get nail art on shellac and said I needed to pay £10 more, when I’ve now seen it costs £45.60 - £53.60 for shellac + design off peak, so likely cheaper than what I paid originally! Instead I got a 25 minute rushed treatment and nothing close to what I wanted - french tips was the only option given to me and my nails are wonky because of how rushed they were.
