Language barrier made it impossible. All I wanted was short nails and I could not get the message across. Cuticles barely removed and bottom of the foot not really touched.
Towel where you put your feet was wet which felt really odd when they are drying your wet feet with a wet towel, makes it feel like it was used by someone else. The general tools did not look disinfected. Overall poor experience for a pamper day.
