I was kept waiting for over 15 mins without any communication. Then when I get my nails done it felt quite rushed and there was a stressful atmosphere in the salon, warranted it was a Saturday but I was annoyed to be kept waiting. I liked my nails and upgraded to biab on the recommendation of the technician.

I’m glad the shop was busy as the staff were nice but means that you’re in a loud environment for the whole treatment as the bed is right next to the front desk, which meant I felt very overwhelmed. But the staff were nice and the treatment is okay.
