Nails started chipping after 2 days I went back for a fix. After 1 week I went again to remove and re apply and the woman was HORRIFIC. Wow. Never have I ever experienced service like this. It wasn’t the usual manager. 15th June whoever that was at the desk. Avoid. Horrific and so so rude beyond words. Arguing in front of her clients and pulling faces. How is someone like this employed in a person facing Job??Used to come here all the time and sadly that’s a HARD pass now. Do better.Will report

Absolutely shocking service. After being a long lasting client at this place the substitute manager for the day (not the usual nicer lady!!) was absolutely shocking - have never experienced client services like this before. She wanted to charge me for removal even though my nails basically all chipped and I had already been there two days only after my 1st appointment.
