Although they were very apologetic I had to wait 30 despite me having a booking at 1pm. They made me move my seats with my heavy bags with uncut acrylic tips on after starting my nails. I also had ask them to correct the colour of the base of my nails (I wanted French tips) that actually matched my skin tone as a black women and ended up just changing the colour and choosing an alternative nail design. Nice decor in the venue but I won’t be going back.
