I arrived five minutes early for my nail extension removal but wasn’t seen until 20 minutes past my appointment. They let in two clients with the same time—who arrived after me—first, likely because their treatments were more expensive. When I pointed this out, they offered to do my removal in the waiting room, which I refused. They then spoke in their own language, and although I couldn’t understand them, it was clear they were mocking me.
I came for a biab gel manicure with extensions, and was told once they had started that they only use plastic tips and not builder gel for the extensions which wasn’t my preference, but they had already cut my nails down. They are very busy, so my appointment felt a little rushed and I waited. They also don’t do your cuticles so my nails finished up looking a little scruffy and grown out immediately. The nail artists were lovely and very good but the treatment details could have been better.
