Awful expensive experience. The lady was extremely rude. She was visibly annoyed and made me feel like I could not asked for anything. She didn’t give me a manicure despite clearly the service included a manicure. When I showed her a picture of the color I wanted she said they didn’t have it without checking. Most colours cost £10 on top of service which seemed like a scam. She cut my cuticles dry hurting me and making me bleed on several fingers.
