If you want to be yelled at, threatened, and insulted in another language while getting your nails done – this is the place.
I paid £75 for nail art, and by Day 2 it was already chipping. When I asked for a fix, the owner blamed me and told me not to speak English. They called their customer “white goast ” and worse in another language. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all cost!

A lovely experience and a last minute booking too. My first time having a full body wax and Farzana was very quick and I could tell she is experienced. One of the least painful waxes I have had. Reception staff was also very polite and helpful.
