KP was lovely and made me feel really welcomed. The wax was good - quite painful at times (I’m usually pretty tolerant) and there were a few bits missing that I noticed when I got home but I’ve no doubt if I had noticed when I was there then it would have been dealt with no problem. One thing i didn’t love was when I needed to undress I wasn’t really given privacy to do so or freshen up which I would have appreciated.
