The facial and experience was okay. My issues were mainly 1) I had no idea what products were used - I never saw them or was explained what they were. 2) There was no music, I could only hear the loud pop music from the nail salon in the next door room. 3) It was not a deep cleansing facial, it was much more of a facial massage.

Thick BIAB result. The treatment burned so badly I had to remove my fingers from the LED for every nail. The lady who did my nails was sweet but the vibe in the clinic wasn't very welcoming over all
