So disappointing! Waited 15 mins after confirming via call just before. Builder gel layer is so thick and uneven! Asked to keep length but kept filing throughout. Didn’t have 2 colours I first chose. Gap between polish and nails and no cuticle prep. The UV lamp was burning like I’ve never had before! Would all be worth it for a set I’m happy with but so many imperfections. Disappointing but had pre-paid so was keen to rush out of there.
