I was really disappointed with my visit to your nail shop yesterday for a shellac removal. The technician who helped me — the lady with the brown hairband, brown jumper, and glasses — was very rude when I politely asked her to be more gentle while filing my nails. She shrugged her shoulders and seemed irritated, which made the experience uncomfortable.
On top of that, she didn’t remove all of the shellac from my nails, and she didn’t finish the service with cuticle oil or hand cream.

Unfortunately my first bad biab infill appointment at Nail Dress. It was completed in 30 minutes even with a manicure added on and felt very rushed. The biab isn’t down to my cuticles and length is shorter than I asked for.

Biab too thin - 2 nails broke the next day after spending months growing them out :( Didn’t have time to come back to get them fixed. Nail are was cute! I think it was harder than she expected- I would have properly just preferred her say she couldn’t quite do it and skipped paying for them. But overall still love the salon. Just wish prices didn’t jump up so much over the last few months.
