Therapist quite heavy handed with the wax and applying pressure, was really uncomfortable during the Hollywood wax and kinda felt violated by the amount of unnecessary touching esp around such a delicate area. Didn’t feel like an experienced waxer.

It was ok. Nails don’t always last that long and the quality does depend on who does the nails. Staff is friendly though and always very clean.
