I am shocked at the quality of the products and application. My first chip happened a few days after the appointment and then progressively after. I have been doing gel applications for the past 20 years and it was first time the gel is chipping and peeling off so easily. Not happy, and would have preferred to not have it then dealing with chipped nails. The staff don’t engage at all with the customers but instead joke and talk amongst themselves in another language which I find rude.
