I really love this salon but my last visit was a real let down. It felt so rushed with no care put in at all and now I’m stuck with nails that are different shapes and bumpy BIAB. Really really disappointed.

Booked this for my mum. She was happy with the result but was surprised at the additional fee for removing gel nails (£18) which is pretty steep compared to other salons. I had tried to select the option on Treatwell prior but it wasn’t available. I think some transparency on prices at the salon would be helpful
