I LOVE IT. It was a very busy Saturday and they still managed to get everything done without me having to wait a second!! Super efficient, friendly and professional. KP was AMAZING with the waxing and threading, I didn't feel a thing and we were chatting the whole time!

I appreciate that the removal of my gel manicure (done elsewhere) and redo BIAB manicure was quick but the nail technician was very distracted (she kept missing steps on one of my hands) and could have been much more gentle removing my previous manicure. I told her my nails were brittle and sensitive and she continued to remove the gel quickly and vigorously. I feel as though she could taken more of her time.
