I was really disappointed with my visit to your nail shop yesterday for a shellac removal. The technician who helped me — the lady with the brown hairband, brown jumper, and glasses — was very rude when I politely asked her to be more gentle while filing my nails. She shrugged her shoulders and seemed irritated, which made the experience uncomfortable.
On top of that, she didn’t remove all of the shellac from my nails, and she didn’t finish the service with cuticle oil or hand cream.
