Friendly staff/ venue is nice! The nails are good but the appointment felt rushed, 30 minutes for a Biab infill. 5 extra minutes would have allowed a little more nail shaping / the top coat of 1 nail is smudged due to not being dry.

Disappointing pedicure and and gels. They didn't soak my feet prior to pedicure so they didn't remove much dead skin, the nails are all different shapes and lengths. I called straight after to ask if they could take another look and she was rude, lied and said there was no availability, then said I was inconvenient and could come at 6pm on a Sunday and no other time.
