Good selection of polishes. Pedicure was quick but decent quality. Not as nice as the other branch in Richmond but would visit again.
Been many times and it is very Hit and miss with this salon, the staff take more care when the owner is there and not much when she isn't. The old staff were quite good but now they are all new ones and not very good compared to the previous lot. One girl barely knows how to do pedicures, takes ages and filed my nails poorly and was quite rough, the nail paint was also done poorly and not to the edges. Then she forgot to put top coat on one foot and my polish totally smudged on my way home. I called them and they said they were 'too busy' to sort it out for me! After you've paid £62 that is outrageous and they charge a fee to pay on card. On the plus side they have a wide range of colours.

Room for spray tanning is a bit messy but can't fault the results. As someone who can't tan naturally I think the results look very natural.
Nails look brilliant and the lady who did mine was lovely and very efficient. But it was far far too busy, I had to wait ages - they had two people call in sick and only two people to do 3 sets of gel nails and two pedicures while I was in there. The atmosphere was chaotic and not at all relaxing, definitely not worth the £50 I paid.
