I use Treatwell every time to book at this salon. However on this occasion there was a mix up with my booking. I rocked up for my appt (on time) and was left sitting there for almost 15 minutes , not even "hello" or "we'll be with you shortly" only to discover there was a problem and they couldn't fit me in. They did manage to find me another spot the following day, which worked out well. But on Treatwell the salon was showing almost maximum availability for all nail technicians but in reality there were only 2 girls working and they were solidly booked. Perhaps they could be more accurate when managing availability on the app. I will be more wary next time and probably have to call to confirm which kinda defeats the purpose of the app...
