Absolutely awful service! I was phoned 30 mins prior to my appointment to say they were running late and to arrive 20 minutes later. However, when I arrived I was advised that the lady had gone home so there was no one to do it. They offered no apology and no form of compensation. Never again, such a waste of time.
The shellac manicure was put on so thickly that the nail vanish just came off after 3 days. I didn’t have time to get them filled again but this shouldn’t of happened. I had wasted money.
