I really like having my nails done here, but the management needs to address the problem with overbooking. Bookings through treatwell are the lowest priority, so appointments will get moved when clients book in other ways. Sometimes they call you, sometimes they don't. For this particular appointment they didn't call me and really rushed through the whole appointment, my manicurist started removing my nail polish when I'm in the waiting area and when we're seated, in the first 10 minutes she left 5 times. The quality of the manicure is good most of the time, but is it a pleasant experience? No.

Speedy mani and pedi. Girls are very nice. There was some fluff in my nail though when i got home i could see it.
