Experience was good as always. I originally had booked a different time but was told they couldn’t see me then, which isn’t the first time this has happened. Not sure why this keeps happening as the slots I book are always free. But at that time it didn’t matter. Great nails though as always!

Beautiful salon and hundreds (maybe even thousands) of colours to choose from. I booked the luxury pedicure which was a little light touch. I needed a callous treatment but all it included was a light scrub with a pumice so not enough to get rid of my calluses. Technician was a little rough on my cuticles too so it was a little painful. Shellac is ok but it was a sheer colour and it’s a little patchy.

Two nails chipped off on my right hand within the first few days. I had to file them and buy a similar nail polish to cover it off as I didn’t want to have everything taken off given how much I paid for the mani/pedi. Staff was nice but I felt like I was just a number, and not an individual customer.
