Venue is beautiful and technical work was great and fast but staff is not friendly at all. They didn't say a word which made me feel awkward. I didn't feel welcome at all. Not coming back only because of staff.

My shellac nails lasted a good 3 weeks with no chips, only grew out so needed re-doing!

It was my first time attending the northcote shop and I’ll sadly never return.
Staff weren’t great, didn’t help that my booking on treatwell went through as a ‘manicure’ not ‘shellac manicure.
The owner then walked in half way through my treatment flaunting the money around which is not a good look.
However praise the staff who said they would fit me in for a shellac manicure even though treatwell booked it incorrectly.
