The ‘finish’ itself was very good and I was happy with my nails, however the technician cut two of my cuticles during the manicure and did not apologise or put the special gel on them (to stop the bleeding and redness) even though it was right there! I had to ask for it at the end (They were still bleeding). She also didn’t give me a chance to check the shape, I had to stop her and get her to improve a couple before continuing.

Horrendous customer service. I walked in 4 minutes late to an appt as it was the first time I had visited the place and had taken a wrong road, was greeted by a rude brown haired lady who clearly had nothing nice to say as couldn’t even say hi. Then having booked a pedicure and clearly shown her the receipt she said I was supposed to be having a manicure (which I clearly wasn’t) so more moaning and conflict with this staff member. The two other lady’s, one blonde and the other brand new, then took me off her hands and proceeded to do my feet (this lady having wasted 15 minutes complaining.) To note I had a party that evening and so had no other option at last minute to go elsewhere. She then kept coming and clearing up the tools (foot file etc)they were using for my feet so that they had to keep getting up to get them like a child, wasting more time. She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable throughout the whole thing, I am appalled by the service and cannot believe a company like Nail’s it would hire such incredibly rude staff. NEVER using again, service is just as important as the nails themselves.
