even if my stay in the studio was not too long, and was limited to the gel removal , I was pampered in the best way, good atmosphere really deeply clean, fragrant and tidy, very kind and polite staff. Will come back!

The therapist was nice but unfortunately she cut me a tiny bit and the gel manicure started chipping as soon as I washed my hair the next morning. I then couldn’t get through to head office easily as the email on their website just bounced back.
I’ve raised my review to three stars though as they did then redo the manicure at the Clapham branch which then lasted the full two weeks.
