The place looks super cute, however the customer service is poor. Me and my friend arrived late due to problems with the underground and the lady at reception had a really bad attitude. She was very firm on not being able to provide the treatment we had paid for, refunding or rescheduling. she finally agreed to a short treatment, not the full treatment due to lack of time. I feel she could have been a lot more pleasant and flexible. The overall experience was rushed and not luxury.
