Beautiful shop. I arrived 5 mins late due to an incident at London Bridge, but my therapist wasn’t ready for another 15 mins. Asked to see the colours whilst I waited but the lady on the desk said I had to wait and ‘someone would go get them’. There was another walk in customer who asked and as I had another appointment to go to after, I insisted I saw them and hey presto, the colours were available then. Manicure itself was flawless. Offered tea / water and felt very comfortable.

The pedicure itself was ok at the time, although the leather cushions you put your feet on the sinks kept slipping off and was pretty uncomfortable to sit there trying to hold it on. I’m really disappointed because just 4 days later on one of my toes the colour has completely come off and I’m on holiday and can’t get it fixed! Usually shellac on my feet lasts ages so I’m not happy with the service. Had shellac nails also and they are coming off already too so I feel like I’ve wasted my money!

The manicure itself was fine and they do have a selection of colours. The staff vary in their warmth to you so the atmosphere wasn’t the best. However just 3 days later, the colour on my nails are lifting at the sides and won’t be long until it comes off. I’m on holiday also so I can’t even go back in to have them fixed. Really disappointed I’ve never had shellac last as little as this!
