Horrible experience! Two days after the gel manicure 9 out 10 nails have chipped off and my cuticles look worse than ever. The “signature” manicure is a joke, the rose petal bath had not even enough water to cover my nails. The whole experience it was far from relaxing and pampering. I have requested refund, it’s been a week and I have heard nothing back. So unprofessional!
