Last time I visited I was so happy with my manicure & experience but this time I was a little let down. The manicure was very rushed, my nails were shaped in different ways and I was left with gel polish all over my fingers. I had to ask twice for two nails to be re-shaped, to which I wasn’t greeted with a very polite response.
