Really nice atmosphere and very good technicians who make you feel at home and do their job well. The only person typically not pleasant is the girl at the till (the bigger one not the petit lovely one) as she hardly smiles, is unfriendly and comes off quite different to the rest of the salon and staff.

My cuticle was cut so short I left the salon bleeding and two nails have already chipped the same day! Very expensive manicure that will probably only last a matter of days.
