This was my first appt booked through Treatwell. My advice? Read the small print! I booked a shellac removal/shape & polish at a great price. When I arrived, I was told it would be a further £25 to remove the SNS currently on my nails. I paid. Veronika did a great job, she took her time and made me feel welcome. She said that because my nails were weak, the Shellac might not stay on, and yesterday one nail chipped, which was disappointing. I'd go back for a good price now I know the rules..
