The Blonde Receptionist/ Salon manager was rude as usual hunched over facing the windows on her phone, She only greets certain individuals! The therapist forgot to put the rose petals in the water. I think it was an off day despite them being very quiet. The staff are usually welcoming (the therapists I mean!)
