So strange, last time I went it was an awful experience, I thought I’d give it another go because my friends rate it and fortunately it was lovely this time!

Admittedly I was running late for the appointment however I was disappointed to be told that, even though it was still within my appointment time, they could do nothing for me and that I had to be there exactly when the time starts. I’ve been a regular customer here for a while so I think this was not particularly professional from them. However, as they already have the money from Treatwell I guess customer service doesn’t matter!
