The removal was ok, It would have been more comfortable if the technician had waited for the acetone to melt the polish before attempting to remove it. Once "completed" I had to ask her to file a jagged nail after her manager told her to just apply cuticle oil to my nails only. I understand that they are busy & that I didn't book in for a shape and paint but I have NEVER had a removal which didn't include filing the nails to end the treatment. Quite disappointed and I still have gel polish on my nails!

Amazing nails! after three weeks they are still in perfect conditions. Lots of colors to choose and good service. The only thing yo say, very quick service, it seems they are on a rush.
