I paid for a rose gel manicure, it wasn't a luxurious experience as it had been made out, just a few rose petals in the bowl. I had to prompt the technician to match steps on the other hand and the manicure lasted less than 5 days which for a gel manicure is incredibly poor. Had a much better experience at the Oxford Circus branch which lasted almost 2 weeks and looked incredible, but this last visit was really disappointing.
