I didn’t actually get a chance to have a treatment, but was extremely frustrated trying to deal with staff. The space is stunning but they’re totally inflexible. I was running a few minutes late, and tried to call a few times but couldn’t get through. I arrived approximately 10 minutes late and the woman on the front desk was on the phone and asked me to wait. Five minutes later when she came to dealing with me, I was informed as I was more than 15 minutes late I had forfeited my appointment and they couldn’t move it, even though I had been waiting in salon and had called multiple times. I asked if it was possible for a much shorter treatment (file and polish versus the gel and nail art I had booked) but was denied as well. Each query was dealt with a shrug and that they wouldn’t help and they’re busy and that’s not their fault. I’m sure the floral backdrop makes a great instagram shot, but I certainly won’t be back to try again.

My pedicure is incredible love the colour and the cleanliness as she moisturised them and took of dead skin. Manicure was good but am a bit upset as it has been one day and it has already chipped. I feel as if i should get a £20 refund as i was told that they would last two weeks.
