The venue itself is gorgeous. Staff are lovely, I was running late due to tube problems, and while they offer a grace period of 5 minutes (a little tight seeing as it’s London) they accommodated me when I was about 10 mins late. However my nails didn’t last as long as I’d have expect (a week and a half before they started to lift and chip) Would probably say it’s down to the products they use vs their technicians skills as they were applied really well and she clearly knew what she was doing. So overall, okay, but if you want your nails to last longer than a week or 2 maybe not the best place.
