The manicure was excellent. However, I should have known upfront that I would be charged 10 pounds for removing the existing gel. I get my nails done regularly and I have NEVER been charged extra for polish removal no matter the type of polish.

Loved the manicure, great range of colours and the technician was friendly (I booked last minute and can’t remember her name!). Well applied with a great shape.
